What are AI Voice-overs?
AI Voice-overs are an experimental technology that employs artificial intelligence algorithms and learning models to produce human-like voices. Given the experimental nature, we cannot guarantee a specific accent or tone of the voice, as these may change with each iteration during the generation process. Nevertheless, AI Voice-overs offer a cost-effective and efficient alternative for those seeking voice-over services without relying on professional voice-over artists. As we further develop this technology during the Beta release, we encourage feedback from clients to help us improve and refine the feature for future use.
What's the cost for ordering AI Voice-overs?
AI Voice-overs are FREE during the beta period.
Current Limitations
While AI Voice-overs provide numerous advantages, please be aware of the following limitations during the initial Beta release stage:
Limited voice-over options: During the Beta release, you may choose between male and female voices. However, you won't be able to specify accents, and only neutral accents will be provided. Furthermore, it is essential to acknowledge that not all male and female voiceovers will have the same voice or tone due to the experimental nature of the technology.
Limited Languages (English Only): During the Beta release, we can only produce voice-overs for videos with English copy.
Limited customization of voice-over script: The voice-over script will be generated by the AI system based on the brief information and messaging copy. Hence, specific customization requests may not be accommodated.
How to Request AI Voice-overs
Requesting an AI voice-over during the briefing process is simple. When creating a new video project, you'll be asked if you want to include an AI-generated voice-over at no additional cost, keeping in mind the experimental nature of the technology. You'll then select the preferred gender for the voice (Male/Female) and whether subtitles should be included for the voice-over in the video.
Can I provide my own script?
If you wish to provide your own script for the voice-over, you can submit it in the 'Additional Details' field. Our creative team reserves the right to edit or change the script to best suit the video creative.
How to Request a Professional Voice-over
To request a voice-over recorded by a professional voice-over artist (not AI-generated), contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) through the form below:
Voice-over Previews
Below are Male and Female voice previews. These preview the tone and human-likeness of the voice-overs. At this stage, customers cannot order a 'specific' voice for their voice-over due to the experimental nature of the technology behind AI voice-overs.
