Getting Started with the Account Insights Dashboard
You’ll find the dashboard in ShuttlerockCloud under the new “Account Insights” section in the side navigation.

Here, you’ll discover valuable metrics presented in a user-friendly format, along with filtering options to customise your view.
Helpful Filters
Drill into specific regions, categories, or brands for more granular insights.
The date filter is useful for understanding performance trends over custom timeframes, like projects delivered in the last 24 hours or review efficiency for a specific month.
Filtered results are available for download in PDF form using the export option in top right of the page, allowing for easy review and comparison of customised reports.
The metrics are shown in a simple, digestible flow. First, you’ll see total numbers for key metrics, and as you scroll down, you’ll find visual comparisons of different datasets through pie charts and graphs.

Average Hero Delivery Time | Total average time (days) from when a project enters 'In production' to the first time creative is delivered. This calculation discounts weekends. |
Average Revision Turnaround Time | Total average time (days) project spent in 'Client revision' for approved projects. This metric discounts weekends. |
Revision Rounds Per Project | Average number of revision rounds per project, across all approved projects. |
Average Project Elapsed Time | The total average duration (days) a project was active, from 'brief submitted' to the first time 'project approved' was reached. This metric includes weekends. |
Average Customer Satisfaction Score | Total average Customer Satisfaction Survey score. |
