Project Filters - now on Creative and Review pages

Find what you need, faster.

Updated over a month ago

Let’s be real - sifting through dozens (or even hundreds) of deliverables can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack. That’s why we’ve introduced Project Filters to the 'Review' and 'Creative' pages - giving you full control over what you see and making approvals a breeze.

With filters, you can customise your view to focus only on what matters and hide the rest. Whether you’re working on a massive multi-language campaign or just need to check specific formats, these filters help cut through the noise.

How to use Project Filters

Accessing filters

Filters are now built into both the ‘Review’ page and ‘Creative’ pages:

  • On the ‘Review’ page, find the Filter icon in the review panel.

  • On the ‘Creative’ pages, it’s in the top-right corner.

Click it, and a panel will appear with all the available filter options for your project.

Filtering on the ‘Creative’ pages

‘All Creative’ view

  • Displays single deliverables grouped within concepts based on filters selected, so you can easily track everything in one place.

‘Concept’ view

  • Shows concept stacks based on applied filters.

Dynamic options

The filters adapt based on your project. For example:

  • Working with multiple languages? A ‘language’ filter will be available.

  • Have deliverables in different formats? The ‘format’ filter will show up.

If a filter isn’t relevant (e.g., all deliverables are in the same format), it simply won’t appear - keeping things clean and clutter-free.

Additional features across both pages

  • See the total number of results for your applied filters

  • Easily remove filters by clicking ‘X’ on individual filter labels or selecting ‘Clear’ in the filter panel to clear all applied filters.

  • Sharing made easy - When you share the page URL with filters applied, the selection remains intact, so your team sees exactly what you intended.

How do multiple filters work together?

When using multiple filters, here’s what you need to know:

Within a single filter type: The logic works as "OR"

  • Example: Selecting "Hero" and "Variations" under the Type filter will show deliverables that match either of those categories.

Across different filter types: The logic works as "AND"

  • Example: If you select "Hero" and "Variations" under Type, and "FB/IG" and "TikTok" under Platform, the results will show deliverables that are either "Hero" or "Variations" AND belong to either "FB/IG" or "TikTok."

Basically, the more filters you stack, the more refined your results get!

Why some filters might not appear

Wondering why certain filters aren’t showing up? It’s simple - a filter only appears if there’s variety within that category. For example, if all deliverables are the same format, the ‘format’ filter won’t be available. This keeps the filter panel relevant and prevents unnecessary clutter.

Project filters are here to make your life easier, helping you focus on the deliverables that matter without getting lost in the rest. Whether you’re reviewing a small batch or managing a large campaign, this feature ensures you find what you need, faster.

Give it a try next time you’re in ShuttlerockCloud, and let us know what you think!
