A long time ask is now live and ready to rumble. Fullscreen control is available for videos and images on the review page - you'll find it in the utilities panel above the creative preview. Once you're done reviewing creative at large, just hit 'esc' to exit.
Multi-page PDF Review & Annotation
The ShuttlerockCloud review experience is being transformed from a single-frame focus into a comprehensive document review engine. With the introduction of multi-page PDF support and direct annotation, we are removing the requirement for external PDF viewers and consolidating the feedback loop entirely within the platform.
By accommodating print and OOH media types alongside video, SRC provides a seamless, "all-in-one" review environment. We now support the entire campaign lifecycle, from the 30-page Brand Guide to the final 15-second video, ensuring SRC remains the "Single Source of Truth" for every asset type.
How it works:
Direct annotation: Scroll through multi-page documents and leave page-specific comments directly on the Review page, Canvas, Briefs, and Production Briefs.
Reduced friction: External clients can easily simplify feedback on brand decks and scripts, while Production and Design get clearer, context-specific instructions.
Faster approval cycles: CS teams spend less time "translating" feedback from emails and Slack back into SRC.
Note on processing times: Large PDFs take a little while to render. When you first upload or preview a multi-page PDF, the preview might temporarily look broken or as if it didn’t work. Don't worry - it is just processing in the background! Simply give it a minute, refresh the page or come back to it if you’ve briefly moved on, and the fully generated document will appear.

Questions management has a new home
