Summary of changes 🎉
NEW - Stop submission to the Review stage if deliverables have outstanding revisions
FIX - Links to Trello cards from Production brief now working
FIX - Trello comments are now being posted correctly when concept stages update
Stop concepts being delivered too soon
Since the release of concept workflow on Monday, we've been made aware of an issue with concepts being returned to the Review stage before revised deliverables have been actioned and uploaded. This was causing alot of confusion and resulted in deliverables with revisions to disappear from the review page!
To prevent anymore confusion, we have implemented a warning modal that tells you when there are outstanding revisions, and also blocks the concept from moving to the Review stage. The concept can be sent to the client to review once new versions of the deliverables have been uploaded.
Trello links are back
Links from the Production briefs to the Trello cards have been broken this week, which created more work for our teams to get from SRC to Trello seamlessly. Luckily our wonderful Devs have fixed up the Trello links for all projects, so now you can get to Trello from the Production brief in one easy click
We were also made aware that the Concept trello card was linking to the brief instead of the Production brief. We have fixed this for all new concept Trello cards, so that you can get where you need to go a bit faster!
Cards moving correctly again
Trello cards weren't moving to the correct columns when revisions were being submitted, or concepts were being approved. This was because updating the concept stage was not posting the Trello comments that the update list automation was relying on. Now comments are correctly posting after concept stage changes, and cards are moving as they should!
