ShuttlerockCloud Internal Update - 23rd July 2026

Our reliable, old uploader has gotten a sizeable upgrade in this release. All briefed in deliverables (including briefed variations) will display on the uploader, meaning it is very easy to check that all the deliverables you are uploading match what has been briefed in.

We've added some awesome features to make uploading and reviewing the deliverables much easier. You can now group the deliverables by concept, variant etc. and collapse concepts and variations allowing you to focus on specific concepts or variations, rather than seeing everything, everywhere, all at once.

If you just need to update a single deliverable, then you can upload a new version directly, ensuring that it will line up with previous versions. You can also remove a deliverable from a stack and see a comprehensive version history of each individual deliverable.

After the our big migration to concept workflow a few weeks ago, the UGC briefs have not been working for client users. This has been sorted out, and now they can view and edit UGC briefs with ease.

Since the concept workflow migration the production briefs have not been showing briefed variants or post-brief variations. With todays release, we are fixing this and ensuring our production teams have a single place where they can review all the deliverables needed for a concept.

The new invite button has re-appeared on the Manage Users page, and you can also create invitations from the Invitations admin page too.

From today everyone will be accessing SRC with our advanced role based access control system. There should be no immediate visible changes for any internal users, then over the next few weeks we will begin to re-introduce the various roles like Manager, Traffic etc.
