Project Tracker: Filter by Workflow Stage

You can now filter projects in the Project Tracker by workflow stage.

Focus your Project Tracker with ease to the concepts that need your attention in a particular stage or substage.

UX and UI fixes across the platform

We’ve been giving attention to areas of the platform that you've bought to our attention as being confusing or causing frustrations

  • Client's navigating from the project tracker will only be routed to pages they have access to

  • Long project titles show without being truncated too early

  • Concept navigation in the summary panel is read only for users who can't perform any actions

You should continue to see only the content and functionality available to your role and permissions.

Improved Creative Library search

The Creative Library now uses an updated search and access system.

This improves the reliability of search results and ensures that content is shown according to your permissions.

You may notice improvements when searching for and accessing creative content, particularly where access is granted through specific permissions.

Platform improvements

Alongside the client-facing improvements above, this release includes a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to the platform.

These changes are designed to make the platform:

  • More secure — stronger separation of customer data and access controls

  • More reliable — improved handling of high-volume activity and system failures

  • Faster — improvements to database queries, permissions and request processing

  • Easier to maintain — removal of older systems and consolidation of platform infrastructure

  • More resilient — improved backup, recovery and deployment processes

These technical changes should largely be invisible to users, but provide a stronger foundation for future product development.
