ShuttlerockCloud's new AI feature controls to allow control over AI usage

We are excited to introduce new controls on ShuttlerockCloud, allowing clients to opt-in or opt-out of AI-enabled features. These enhancements empower you to customize your creative processes, preserving your brand's integrity while leveraging innovative technology.

What is Changing?

With this update, ShuttlerockCloud introduces a new level of flexibility for customers in managing AI-enabled features. You now have the option to completely disable the following platform AI features, providing you with the freedom to choose how much or how little AI you wish to incorporate into your creative process. These changes respond to enterprise clients' growing demand for greater control and assurance regarding their AI usage, aligning with their ethical and compliance values.

What are ShuttlerockCloud's AI Platform Features, and the Effect of Opting Out of Them?

  1. AI Briefing: This feature is capable of transforming unstructured data into comprehensive multi-concept briefs within seconds. When this option is disabled, customers lose the ability to generate AI-assisted briefs and will need to craft their briefs manually, potentially slowing down their processes.

  2. AI Copy Suggestions: Leveraging context from the briefs, this tool suggests messaging for campaigns. With this feature toggled off, customers will not have access to AI-driven suggestions, requiring them to generate all campaign messaging independently.

  3. AI Writing Tools: This encompasses various actions, such as rewriting briefs, completing existing text, and translating content. If opted out, customers will have to perform these tasks manually, thereby losing the efficiency that these AI tools provide.

  4. AI Quickfix Qualification: AI is utilized to assess and analyze customer revision requests, determining if they qualify for quick fixes (those that can be addressed within four hours). If AI is opted out, only straightforward text-based revisions will qualify for quickfixes. Any revision beyond a simple text change will revert to the standard turnaround time of 2-3 days.
