The file limit for photos and videos is 5GB
If you have specific requirements for an asset and/or timestamps that you would like to be used, please list using the 'Add Note' button located on the thumbnail of the asset

FAQ's:
1. Can I upload 3D models for Shuttlerock to use?
Yes, only .obj files can be accepted.
2. Does Shuttlerock supply Stock Imagery?
Shuttlerock can provide assistance with stock assets (image, video footage or emojis) for Managed Service clients on a case-by-case basis, but this is optional and not promised in the SLA.
When Shuttlerock does assist with stock asset selection, there are two options:
Shuttlerock selects images. Client approves and purchases the assets. Production begins.
Shuttlerock selects images from our free library. Client approves. Production begins.
*Shuttlerock cannot purchase stock assets for clients under any circumstances due to licensing restrictions.
