We're changing the briefing game as you know it, with Managed Service Briefing - taking all of the heavy lifting off your plate once and for all.
You've already met our Brief Assistant, and this takes it one step further - allowing you to fill out as much or as little of the brief as you like, before passing it over to us to take care of the rest for you.
It's easy as 1, 2, 3.
Fill out as much of the brief as you can.
Add project notes to give us further context and/or information around the brief you're submitting.
Submit it to our team for review. We'll take it from here!
If there's anything further we need from you, we'll reach out and let you know.
Let's drill down a bit further into how it all works.
The Why
We know all of our customers are different, and sit somewhere on a briefing scale anywhere from ‘I know exactly what I want’ all the way to ‘I'm quite not sure what I'm after’.
Managed Service Briefing gives all customers the flexibility to brief the way that works best for them, without compromising the experience for those who sit elsewhere on the scale.
The How
Start by creating a new project, either from scratch or using our Brief Assistant.
Once you get into the brief, you'll see a stripped back and concise form - the minimum we need from you is a brief on your concept, for each concept in the brief. That's it.
If you have more to add, that's great - use the "+ Add more" button at the bottom of each concept to add modules for for whatever additional information you're able to provide.
Once you're done briefing, use the new Project Notes to add some context to the brief you're submitting, and help us to get your project underway as soon as possible.
Handy tip - Project Notes can still be edited after brief submission, but once production begins you won't be able to make any further changes.
They can also be access from the Utilities Panel on the right-hand side of the briefing page.
That's it! You're done. Submit your brief to our team for review, and we'll get your project underway for you as soon as possible.
If we need anything further from you in order to begin production on your project, we'll reach out to get this from you.
Good to know
Production on your project will not begin until we review your brief and confirm we have everything we need to get started. You will receive an email notifying you that your brief has been approved and moved into production once it has been started.
You can still edit your brief and project notes after you've submitted them. Once production begins however, you'll no longer be able to make any changes.
Your hero usage won't be affected by a project when you submit the brief. This means you can submit as many briefs as you like without them affecting your hero usage. Only when a brief is approved and moved into production will the heroes become active.
The turnaround time for the hero stage of your project won't start when you submit the brief. Again, the clock will only begin when the brief is approved and moved into production.
