Choose your language in ShuttlerockCloud

A language selector has been added to ShuttlerockCloud, giving you more control over how the platform appears.

ShuttlerockCloud currently supports English, Japanese and German, with English set as the default. You can manually switch between available languages at any time via Account Settings → Preferences.

Language preferences are saved in the browser and will persist through sign out and back in on the same device and browser. If you switch browsers or devices, you’ll need to select your language again.

This lays the groundwork for supporting additional languages as ShuttlerockCloud continues to expand into new markets.

More flexible briefs

Don’t need Concept Canvas, Concept Idea, or Concept Basics in your brief? You can now remove them using the trash can icon that appears on hover in the top-right corner of each section — and re-add them anytime from the Add More modal.

Brief Canvas now snaps to content in briefs

We’ve improved how the Brief Canvas behaves in both the Project Brief and Production Brief.

Previously, if content was added outside the visible canvas area, the canvas could appear empty - with no indication that anything had been added. This made it easy to miss important details.

Now, the Brief Canvas automatically snaps to any content that’s been added, so reviewers land directly on what’s there and can jump straight into reviewing without guessing or extra scrolling.

Picture perfect.

Revision annotations that stick

Revision annotations now behave more intuitively as users move through the editing flow.

New annotations and edits are automatically retained as users navigate between steps like Annotations, Category, and Time when crafting or updating a revision, so inputs don’t disappear mid-flow. This wasn’t always clear before - if the old Save button in the annotation section wasn’t explicitly clicked, those carefully placed annotations could be lost, leaving users to start from scratch.

To take things a step further, the button in the Annotation section has been renamed from Save to Continue, and a Remove option has been added for quick adjustments.

The result is a more forgiving revision experience — where what’s visible on screen is what gets saved.

Smoother loading in Review navigation

Loading behaviour in the Review page has been refined to reduce visual jumps and panel flicker.

The right side navigation stays stable as the page loads, with the correct panel displayed from the outset. Items like QA Report, which are always available, remain visible rather than appearing later and shifting the menu around.

Overall, this makes moving into review feel more settled and predictable - especially when opening revisions.

Notes tab update

The Notes field, previously only visible on hero deliverables, is now available on all deliverables in the Review page.

Key things to know:

  • Synchronized across all deliverables – any note you add will show up on every deliverable in the concept.

  • Pro tip for multi-deliverable notes: If your feedback applies to specific platforms, formats, or deliverables within a concept, make sure to call that out in your note.

You can now share important context or guidance for the entire concept directly on every deliverable, helping reduce duplicate notes and keep feedback aligned across the concept.

HubSpot Company ID now saves correctly on the Client form

For a short while, saving the HubSpot Company ID in the Client form in ShuttlerockCloud wasn’t behaving as expected — it simply wasn’t sticking. That’s now fixed. The ID saves correctly and stays put when you hit Save.

Unapprove action now fully blocked when drafts exist

We’ve tightened up the logic around unapproving projects to make sure things stay in a clean, safe state.

The Unapprove action is now hidden whenever a project has any draft content — including draft additional formats only (not just draft variations). This closes a small gap where projects could still be unapproved in certain draft scenarios.

The result is a more consistent safeguard that prevents projects from slipping into an awkward in-between state and needing extra fixes later on.
