What's Changing
From Wednesday the 21st of October, concept movement within briefing and review will be different. We're surfacing all movement available from one button at the bottom of each tab with:
Submit brief on the Brief tab
Finish review on the Review tab
Clicking either button opens a confirmation window. It lists every concept you can move, grouped by where it is now. Each row shows where the concept will go and why. Nothing moves until you confirm.
Submit a brief
Open the Brief tab.
Click Submit brief.
Select the concepts you want to submit, or click Select all.
Check where each concept is going.
Click Submit brief to confirm.
If a concept doesn't meet its brief requirements it'll appear as disabled in the window.
Finish a review
Review your creative and leave any comments.
Click Finish review.
Select the concepts you've finished reviewing, or click Select all.
Check where each concept is going and the reason shown under its name.
Click Finish review to confirm.
You need to select at least one concept to continue.
Where will my concept go?
SRC looks at each concept and sends it to the right place:
If the concept… | It goes to… |
Has open revision comments | Revisions, so the team can make your changes |
Still has deliverables to produce | Production, so the team can finish them |
Has no open comments and nothing left to produce | Approved |
You'll see the destination on each row before you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I select my concept when I submit a brief?
It doesn't meet its brief requirements yet. Complete the missing details and it will appear.
Why did my concept go back to Production after I finished reviewing it?
It still has deliverables to produce. Once they're delivered and you've reviewed them, the concept moves to Approved.
Can I move just one concept?
Yes. Select only the concepts you want and confirm.
I no longer need one of the formats I ordered. What do I do?
Contact your account team and they'll remove it, so your concept can be approved.
I moved a concept by mistake. Can I undo it?
Contact your account team and they'll move it back.
Why can't I see some concepts other people can?
The window only shows moves your role allows.
