How to update your profile, including login credentials.

Updating your account details

If you signed up to ShuttlerockCloud using an email and password (not a social login i.e Google), you can update your details anytime under Account Settings (bottom left corner) → Profile.

Here, you can update your:

  • Personal information (first and last name, email address)

  • Password

Personal Information

In Profile, you can update your first and last name, or change the email address linked to your account.

When you update your email, you’ll see a message letting you know you’ll be logged out once the change is confirmed. You’ll then receive an email at your current address to verify the change — follow the link, and you’re all set.

Password

To change your password, click Reset. You’ll get an email with a link to create a new one — quick and easy.

Password requirements

Your password must include at least 8 characters, and three of the following:

  • A lowercase letter (a–z)

  • An uppercase letter (A–Z)

  • A number (0–9)

  • A special character (e.g. !@#)


And you’re good to go! Your details are now up to date.
