Introducing UGC Briefing in ShuttlerockCloud. Just one component of a wider offering, this enables both our customers and internal team to create, build and collaborate on UGC briefs directly in SRC.
How to brief in UGC
First - you need to make sure you have access to UGC briefing. This is available as an add-on to your existing license, or can be worked in at the time of contracting. If you don't yet have access, talk to your Shuttlerock contact.
When you have access, you can then create a new project (either from scratch or using our Brief Assistant), or open an existing draft brief.
Once you're in the brief, you'll see the following options under "Assets" and "+ Add more".

Use either of these options to add UGC to your brief.
After you add UGC to the brief, you'll see this UGC module appear.
Click "Edit UGC Brief" to access the UGC brief and start filling out.
That's it! Complete the UGC brief and you're ready to go.
A few other handy tips:
Use the "Preview" buttons in the top right corner of the UGC brief to see how your brief will appear to Creators (also available on the main briefing page next to the delete button for the UGC module).
Use the "+ Add more" button at the bottom of the UGC brief to access further modules you can add, in order to give us more information - these modules work in the same way that they do on the main briefing page.
