Requesting revisions on my creative

How to submit revisions for your creatives

Once you get to the delivery page, you can preview your creatives by hovering your mouse over them. To review them, click anywhere on the tile with the creative you wish to review, which will take you through to our review & revision flow.

Once you’re in the flow, you can review all of your creatives and add any revision requests. To make this as seamless as possible, please send your creatives to everyone who needs to have input (the review flow is public). Please combine notes/revision requests from everyone and have one dedicated person submit the notes from their ShuttlerockCloud account.

Users have the ability to navigate to 'compare mode' and effortlessly switch between versions, while revision comments are displayed below the creative to facilitate easy tracking of changes.

The video scrubbing capability makes it easy to navigate between individual frames, and improves the accuracy of adding revisions to video-based formats. Scrubbing can be initiated using the left and right arrow keys on your desktop.


When you have added all of your revision comments in the review & revision flow, please come back to the delivery page* and click 'Submit Revision'. This is to notify our designers that they can begin processing your revisions.

*If you need to get back to the delivery page, go to your Project Tracker, click the actions menu next to the project and choose 'View Creatives'.


Revisions take 2 business days to complete. Should you need to change a full image asset or swap out assets, it might need an extra day to produce.
