How does CreativeX work within ShuttlerockCloud?
Your Account Manager can help activate CreativeX for your brand on ShuttlerockCloud. Once setup is complete, a new "CreativeX" tab will appear on our review page. All videos and statics uploaded to the platform are automatically sent to CreativeX for assessment.
CreativeX uses preconfigured rules to evaluate visual, audio, and text elements in your creative. These rules reflect the creative standards recommended by leading social platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. Once a report is generated, the "CreativeX" tab displays scores for your content, advising how well it meets the mark.
Report generation typically takes 10 minutes to a few hours—so hang tight! It’s worth the wait.
Clicking the "CreativeX Results" link opens a detailed report in CreativeX, offering deeper insights into the creative quality score. This option is particularly helpful if you need to challenge a score directly in CreativeX.
