Signing into ShuttlerockCloud, and troubleshooting sign-in issues.

Whether you signed up with Google or email, signing in to ShuttlerockCloud only takes a few clicks.

Here's how to access your ShuttlerockCloud account:

  1. If you signed up with email and password:

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.

    • Enter your password, then click Continue again to sign in.

    • Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? and follow the prompts.

      • You’ll receive reset instructions at the email address linked to your account.

      • If the email doesn’t arrive, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.

  2. If you signed up with Google SSO:

    • Click Continue with Google.

    • If you’re already signed into Google, you’ll be authenticated and signed in automatically. If not, just follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.

If your Google account has changed or you can’t access it anymore, contact our Support Team and we’ll help reset your login.


A quick heads up: you’ll need to use this same method each time you log in. For example, if you signed up with email and password, using Google to sign in will treat you as a new user.

FAQs

I have previously had access to ShuttlerockCloud, but now I am seeing the ‘Sorry, something went wrong’ page when I try to sign in?

This error could mean that;

  1. You are using an alternative sign in method - be sure to use the one sign in method that you used last time you signed in. Note; Post August 1st, 2022 you were asked to choose one sign in method going forward.

  2. You are trying to sign in via an expired or used ShuttlerockCloud ‘invite link’. Please use cloud.shuttlerock.com to sign in.

I cannot approve/download or perform actions in ShuttlerockCloud?

It is likely that you have followed a link to the delivery page, but are not signed in. You will need to be signed in to the ShuttlerockCloud to action anything.

I don’t receive an email to reset my password when I click “Forgot Password”.

Check your spam/junk folder first, if unsuccessful reach out to our Support Team detailing the email address associated with your ShuttlrockCloud account.
