It’s important to add your copy in the designated ‘Copy section’ of the brief (rather than other places like concept details). That way, we can keep everything neat and tidy and get your project completed faster. If you need to provide instructions/additional context to support provided copy, you can add this to the 'Additional Notes' section (see below).
In the copy section, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Primary Message (4-6 words) - Should be punchy and impactful, grabbing viewers attention, and is often a brand tagline or product name.
Secondary Message (4-6 words) - Supports the primary copy and usually provides further detail on what was introduced in the primary.
Tertiary Message (4-6 words) - Further supporting copy for longer videos that can provide more information about your product or service.
Call-to-Action (2-3 words) - Copy that encourages the viewer to take action e.g. "Shop Now".
*Copy to communicate your message which will appear as supers on your creative.
If you select poll or banner formats in your project then you will be given specific copy questions for those formats.
Additional Notes:
To offer direction to our designers on how to apply your copy, kindly include these instructions in the 'Additional Notes' section rather than inputting them directly into the copy field.
