Project Tracker

How to track draft, active and completed projects

Updated this week

In the navigation menu on the left-hand side of all pages in SRC, you will see four options for viewing your projects, based on their status:

  • All

  • Draft

  • Active

  • Approved

Project Name:

This column shows the name you have given to your project.

Status:

This column shows the stage of the project.

Deliverables:

This column shows the number of deliverables included in the project.

Submitted:

Click the dropdown toggle to the right of the project name to expand and reveal all related concepts. The 'Submitted' column shows the date when a concept was submitted, allowing you to sort the project tracker accordingly, or just take stock on when the brief was passed over to our studio team. You can use this feature to measure the time between Brief Submission and Project Approval.

Target Date:

This column helps with project management, prioritization, and sorting. It's recommended to use this feature as your ideal briefing date to filter and submit upcoming draft projects with ease. However, note that this date is for planning purposes only and has no effect on the delivery timeline.

Actions:

Hover over the project to review the actions overflow in the far right column. Here you can:

  • Copy link to project

  • Duplicate project

  • Delete a project (draft stage only)

  • Approve a project (review stage only)
