The trial phase, open to all customers until the end of 2023, allows for assets to be ordered within a project or independently.
Ordering is simple through the 'Create Assets' option in SRC. There are no strict limits on orders, but a maximum of three active projects per customer is recommended.
Shuttlerock maintains copyright on all assets, granting clients extensive, exclusive, and non-transferable usage rights.
The initiative represents a significant step towards enabling brands to produce highly tailored and engaging content.
What is an Enhanced AI Image or Asset?
Enhanced AI images are a result of artificial image synthesis combined with skilled editing and composition work from Shuttlerock team. The outcome is hyper-realistic and brand-personalised unique images tailored to the specific request.

What's the objective of this initiative?
Our new offering was born out of a desire to provide our customers with more flexibility and creativity when it comes to content generation. Traditional methods of content creation can be expensive and time-consuming, with teams often having to commission photographers or illustrators to create new assets. With Original Content, you can have hyper-personalized, brand-specific content created quickly and cost-effectively, giving you the freedom to fully express your brand vision in a dynamic, compelling way.
Who can order new assets during the trial?
Everyone. During the trial phase, which lasts until the end of 2023, this service is open to all of our customers. As the trial is designed to assess demand and feasibility, we encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this exciting new service.
When should I order new assets?
You can order new assets within the scope of a project, or independently. If you've got a project that requires bespoke, brand-specific assets, ordering through our Original Content service can save you time, effort, and enhance the quality of the final creatives for your projects. Keep in mind that all generated assets should be ordered and completed before briefing in a new campaign.
How to place an order for new assets?
Placing an order for new assets couldn't be easier - simply log into SRC, click on the 'Create Assets' option and follow the instructions to submit your order.
How many orders can I place?
During the trial phase, there are no hard limits on the number of orders you can place. However, to make sure we can give each project the attention it deserves, we recommend not having more than 3 active projects per customer at a time. If your creative needs exceed this number, feel free to discuss your requirements with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for a potential exception.

Shuttlerock’s Enhanced AI assets are created for commercial use by our clients. While all copyrights are maintained by Shuttlerock, we grant our clients extensive usage rights, tailored to their brands or specific projects. These rights are exclusive and non-transferable.
