Production Stages and Turnaround Times:
Stage #1: Hero Video | For each creative concept, a hero video will be created before producing any additional formats and variations. This helps speed up the production process whilst mitigating revisions to multiple videos.

Stage #2: Additional Formats | Shuttlerock will produce all additional formats based on the approved hero video. | 3 working days |
Stage #3: Variations | Shuttlerock will produce all variations required for the hero video & additional formats. | 3 working days |
Revisions | Customers can place revisions to a hero concept video including copy changes, tempo, layout, music, transitions, motion, and a single scene swap. If the changes are substantial, e.g. 2 or more new images and/ or footage swaps, the video will be treated as a new concept and will follow the listed hero production times. | Unlimited

Creator Content & 3D Animatic Stage | An animatic video is a preliminary rendered animation in which CGI elements are depicted in simplified colors or grayscale. This phase focuses on refining the placement, movement, and timing of elements within the animation rather than aesthetic details. | 5 working days

Creator Content & 3D Compositing Stage | In this last stage, we blend CGI elements with live footage and add the soundtrack. This process, called compositing, ensures the final video is polished and ensures immersive viewing experience. | 5 working days

Working Files | Working files are not provided by default. However, in exceptional cases, they can be requested for an additional cost. Upon approval of the Full Production stage, Shuttlerock will generate and deliver the working files through the SRC.
