Viewing your Creatives:
Once your project is delivered, the status will change to 'Ready to Review'. You can access your creatives by clicking the 'View Creatives' option in the Project Tracker or the 'Review Creatives' link in the email notification you receive if you submitted the project brief or were added as a collaborator.
Approving and Downloading Creatives:
It is essential to be logged in to ShuttlerockCloud to approve your creatives.
To approve your creatives, visit your delivery page, which you can access from the 'Ready to Review' email or directly from the Project Tracker page.
If your project has multiple stages, you will see the 'Approve & Proceed' button on the delivery page, which approves the current deliverables and moves your project to the next stage.
Once a stage is approved, you can download the approved creatives from that stage before the next set of creatives is delivered. If you have a single-stage project or are on the final stage of your project, the delivery page will display the 'Approve Creatives' button. Once you click on this button, your order will be complete, and you can download or export all approved creatives from the last stage.
