What kind of input should I provide?
Brief Assistant is designed to handle any input. Following are a few examples of inputs you can provide:
All text from a fully structured internal briefing PDF or PPT.
Raw project information from an internal project management tool (such as Monday.com or similar)
A call transcript discussing the brief requirements and details.
Or a simple idea with basic information or direction of the campaign.
All you need to do is simply copy all text from these documents and paste into Brief Assistant, and you're ready to go.
Can I provide info for multiple concepts?
Yes, absolutely! Brief Assistant is capable of identifying when there should be multiple concepts. If you've described more than one concept idea in the input, the brief generated will have multiple concepts in it.
How can I provide assets?
Being in experimental beta, you can't attach image/video assets to Brief Assistant. Once your brief is generated, you can attach assets at the concept level as you do now. You can provide a link to your asset library and leave instructions for our team.
Make sure you take advantage of the asset notes where you can leave comments for individual assets to help direct our design team.
