Introducing Brief Assistant

All you need to know about Shuttlerock's AI powered briefing

Updated over a week ago

We're thrilled to introduce the AI-powered Brief Assistant, designed to transform your simple ideas into comprehensive Shuttlerock briefs. Its primary objective is to save you time by structuring your brief automatically, then all you need to do is review and approve. Currently in Experimental Beta, the brief assistant is continuously improving.

What is Shuttlerock's Brief Assistant?

Have you ever had a brilliant idea but found the task of structuring it into a brief daunting? This is where Brief Assistant comes to your aid. Backed by AI, it converts any content into detailed, structured project briefs, filling in the essential gaps, resulting in a complete project brief in moments.

Brief Assistant is your tool to simplify workflow and accelerate project creation.

How to Use Brief Assistant

Using the Brief Assistant is straightforward. Simply input your ideas, structured or unstructured, and it will organize them for you. The AI structures your content and generates a concise, complete brief.

If you prefer the traditional method, you can skip the Brief Assistant and manually input your project details. Here are some key things to know about how Brief Assistant works:

What kind of input should I provide?

Brief Assistant is designed to handle any input. Following are a few examples of inputs you can provide:

  1. All text from a fully structured internal briefing PDF or PPT.

  2. Raw project information from an internal project management tool (such as Monday.com or similar)

  3. A call transcript discussing the brief requirements and details.

  4. Or a simple idea with basic information or direction of the campaign.

All you need to do is simply copy all text from these documents and paste into Brief Assistant, and you're ready to go.

Can I provide info for multiple concepts?

Yes, absolutely! Brief Assistant is capable of identifying when there should be multiple concepts. If you've described more than one concept idea in the input, the brief generated will have multiple concepts in it.

How can I provide assets?

Being in experimental beta, you can't attach image/video assets to Brief Assistant. Once your brief is generated, you can attach assets at the concept level as you do now. You can provide a link to your asset library and leave instructions for our team.

Make sure you take advantage of the asset notes where you can leave comments for individual assets to help direct our design team.

Experimental Beta and Providing Feedback

We're excited about the Brief Assistant's potential, but please bear in mind it's still in the experimental phase. You might encounter situations where the AI doesn't identify deliverables accurately or information seems lost during processing. We're working continuously to refine the system to eliminate such cases.

Your feedback is crucial in this journey, and we appreciate your understanding during this Beta phase. Please use the button below to leave your thoughts and suggestions.

To wrap up:

We're excited about Brief Assistant's impact on your creative effort. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly, efficient, and optimized experience that saves your creative energy for the project itself, not the setup. We believe the AI Brief Assistant will revolutionize project planning and execution and prove to be a game-changer in creative optimization.
