In ShuttlerockCloud, we have layers of control enabling you to choose who can access your projects, balancing security and accessibility for all.
In the “Share” settings for each project, you'll find the options split into two sections:
Project Notifications
Project Access
Project Notifications
Controls who in your team will receive email notifications about the project.
Only available to your team.
Will notify team members when deliverables are ready to review or require an action.
Can be updated at any time during the lifespan of a project - including when variations, formats or durations are added after project completion.
Project Access
Controls who can access your project, through pages such as the delivery page and the review & revision page.
There's two options:
Private (default) - only team members with access to the brand that the project is under.
Anyone with the link - anyone who is given the URL can access the project.
Project Access can be updated by any user logged into ShuttlerockCloud who has access to the brand that the project is under - at any time.
It's important to note the following when it comes to Project Access:
It will be set to private by default for all new projects. This means that anyone without an account in ShuttlerockCloud (or not logged into their account) will not be able to view the project unless the access setting is changed.
Those needing access to a project who don't have an account in ShuttlerockCloud will either need the project access to be changed to "Anyone with the link", or be invited to ShuttlerockCloud with access to the brand that the project is for.
Access can be updated at any time - both during production and after project completion.
